NORTH HIGHLIGHTS TOUR

Visit one of the only remaining forts in Mauritius, Fort Adelaide before immersing yourself in the Mauritian culture at the Caudan Waterfront and the Main Market where you will find many wonderful treasures to take home with you.  After spending some time in the Capital of Mauritius we will head to the National Botanical Gardens in Pamplemousses and the Red Church of Cap Malheureux.

MAURITIUS RUM TOUR

We take you to two of the best rhumeries in Mauritius, where you will observe the process of turning sugar cane into delicious rum.  You will also taste some of the best rum that Mauritius have to offer with rum tastings at both rhumeries.

SOUTHERN HIGHTLIGHTS

Our day starts off at Trou aux Cerf, the dormant volcano that help create Mauritius millions of years ago. We then go to another crater lake, Grand Bassin, one of the most sacred Hindu sites in Mauritius for a wonderful cultural experience. 

We take a drive through Black River National Park and stop by the stunning Alexandra Falls. We then head up to Chamarel village to see the Seven Coloured Earth and the Chamarel Falls. Here we enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant with the most breathtaking panoramic view.

BEST OF THE NORTH TOUR

Start your private tour off at the brand new oceanarium Odysseo where you will learn all about the wonders of the Indian Ocean. We then take you to the Caudan Waterfront and the Main market where you will experience colourful Mauritius and you will have the chance to get some local treasures and crafts.  After your Port Louis experience we head to L'aventure du Sucre where you will learn all about the sugar making process and have the chance to taste the different sugars and some rums that they made from the sugar. WILD SOUTH TOUR

Come experience the wild South with us. Our first stop is Bassin Blanc, a crater of a dormant volcano which helped in the formation of the island. We then visit another crater lake, and one of the most sacred Hindu places in Mauritius, Grand Bassin. It is the site of the 18m Shivas statue and a Hindu temple. After a scenic drive we get to Le Souffleur, a big blow hole created in the lava rocks on the wild South coast.  Our next stop is the Rhumerie Saint Aubin, a plantation and an artisanal rum distillery, where Mauritius’ very first agricultural rum was created. Learn how Mauritian rum is made and taste some of the different flavours on offer. After a delicious lunch here in the old colonial house we go to the most Southern point of Mauritius and Gris Gris, known for its dramatic cliffs and wild seas. We then head up to  Chamarel village to see the amazing Seven Coloured Earth and the Chamarel Falls.
