The visit includes a guided visit and a free tasting of more than 30 products at le Village Boutik including 12 unrefined brown sugars, rums of the New Grove House, jams and honey
Be sure not to miss this great opportunity to enjoy the tastes and purchase unique-local made special sugars, and also the very famous local made Mauritian rum.

The Cap Malheureux church or Red Church is formally known as The Notre Dame Auxiliaries Church. It is located in the small fishing village of Cap Malheureux, which translates to "Unlucky Cape" due to all the shipwrecks off the coast. It is famous for it's red roof that stands out against the blue seas and the spectacular views all around. The small church was founded in 1938 and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
This is a must see when you are in Mauritius. The whole area is very interesting and the town was the first landing place for the British when they attacked the French in 1810.
